Founder & Managing Director. As a citizen of the world, Orit has lived in 3 countries and speaks 5 languages: multiculturalism is in her DNA and her understanding of the human subject knows no boundaries!

Passionate about subjects related to people’s motivation and their commitment to success, Orit created Talent & Values in 2007, eager to change the rules and recruit differently. Today she goes further by sponsoring a project on Agility in partnership with the Paris Descartes University around the new soft skills that will define success in tomorrow’s world.

Camille Vandame

International Executive Head Hunter. After having cruised around the world between Chicago, Toulouse, New York and Buenos Aires during her studies, Camille chose Paris to settle down. Her quest for purpose and impact led her to develop a keen interest in recruitment issues brought about by the development of new technologies.

In 2016, Camille joined Talent & Values, seduced by its multicultural DNA and its distinctive approach to recruitment very much in line with her own values. She now serves as the Digital Marketing and E-Business specialist.

Ronit Cohen

International Executive Head Hunter. Having worked and studied in Tel-Aviv, Manchester, Paris and Milan, Ronit’s passion for building relationships across different cultures through marketing and recruitment is a matter of course. For over 15 years, she worked alongside global brands and startups to develop highly innovative marketing approaches.

In 2012, she then brought her wide-range skillset across the Mediterranean Sea from Tel-Aviv to Milan where she now acts as Talent & Values’ international executive search expert.
